Warranty & Return Policy

WARRANTY POLICY

Wood is a living object.  Each piece of wood, and type of wood, will continue to change over time.  Each piece of wood takes stain in different ways and responds differently to temperature and humidity changes.  A small amount of movement in the individual wood pieces is to be expected over time.  Small cracks or bowing may also occur.  These are changes that we can not control and it is the nature of our business.  With use, all wood will develop scratches, dents, and dings over time.  

 

However, we do stand behind our work and believe in our commitment to quality craftsmanship.  Therefore, we offer our customers a 90 day warranty that covers the following situations:  

• Boards being loose or separating
• table legs being loose
• something falling off the piece.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns. All of our pieces are made to order, and that means you have created the piece to fit your home and your taste. Which makes it impossible for us to re sell the item.
